Randstad is recruiting a FACEM/SMO to lead the Recent ED Expansion at Werribee Mercy Hospital in Victoria. The department is expanding to 67 treatment spaces in a brand-recent facility, with a focus on clinical excellence and staff wellbeing.

You will drive implementation of new models of care, maintain teaching within ACEM accreditation, and mentor junior staff within a high-performance culture. You will lead with flexibility in FTE and work alongside a secure leadership team that prioritises
