Sharp & Carter is seeking a Payroll Compliance Officer for a 12‑month fixed term contract in Melbourne. The role is office-based with a adaptable 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, aligned to a hybrid work model in Melbourne CBD.

You will ensure payroll compliance across a multi-entity workplace, oversee statutory obligations, and support governance and process improvements within payroll, including SAP ECP. A solid focus on accuracy and regulatory adherence is essential.
