Ampol Group is seeking a Site Conversion Lead to drive a national retail transformation program across our Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne offices. The role focuses on secure, productive deployment, governance, and readiness, reporting to the Centre of Excellence.

You will lead a team of Site Conversion Advisors, coordinate with Field Operations, PMO, vendors, and stakeholders, and deliver outcomes with minimal disruption while maintaining a solid safety and governance focus.
