Network Steel is seeking a hands-on Team Leader for the Finish Area (Paint Bay, Picking, Packing & Loading) at our Cleveland site, moving to Stapylton in January 2027. This permanent, full time role operates on the Afternoon shift, guiding a practical team to meet safety, quality and production targets.

You’ll coach and develop team members, allocate work, monitor output, and collaborate with nearby teams to maintain smooth production flow in a energetic manufacturing workplace.
