Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting an enthusiastic Band 4 Assistant Practitioner for the Equipment Advisory Service in Liverpool. You will support qualified clinical advisers in assessments for community equipment, and help ensure secure, timely provision for adults and children.

The role includes autonomous caseload management and ongoing training. Adaptable working requests will be considered; the service collaborates across Liverpool, Knowsley and Sefton to deliver high quality care
