Ritchie Consulting Group in Thomastown; Melbourne area is seeking a Field Service Technician to install, commission and service packaging equipment. The role requires travel to client sites across Melbourne & Victoria, with on‑call overtime and a reliable Monday–Friday schedule from 8am to 4pm.

The successful candidate will train customers on hardware and software, develop proficiency in equipment, and receive prospects for in‑house and on‑field training. A pre‑employment medical is required.
