Eastern Palliative Care (EPC) is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Grade 3A for a permanent part time role (2 days per week) delivering high-quality palliative care in clients' homes and communities across Melbourne. Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will work within an interdisciplinary team to assess needs, develop care plans and advocate for patients and families.
This is a meaningful role in a not-for-profit setting.
