EZRA is seeking an Operational Shared Services Specialist to join our Hybrid Sydney team. You will own end-to-end registration, coordinate with Customer Success, Billing, and Configuration teams, and ensure accurate revenue recognition across open enrolment programs.
You will document processes, manage multiple inboxes, and participate in UAT to improve EZRA functionality. A global, team-oriented mindset and continuous improvement focus are essential for success in this role.
