Downer is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead pavement rehabilitation projects in Maddington, WA, overseeing frontline crews and coordinating plant, materials and subcontractors. The role focuses on protected, effective delivery of critical road infrastructure with robust leadership and continuous improvement mindset.

You will report to the Project Manager, plan and coordinate resources, and drive safety, quality and client engagement across the network.
