The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Care Manager to join an established residential aged care service in Sydney's South.

This position will suit a confident clinical leader who enjoys supporting their team, maintaining high standards of care and taking ownership of the day-to-day clinical function.

You'll be working closely with an experienced Facility Manager who values clinical leadership, with additional support from senior leaders across Residential Services and Governance.

With an established team and a collaborative leadership structure around you, this is an opportunity to bring your clinical expertise, build team capability and continue driving positive outcomes for residents.

About You To be successful in this position, you'll bring:

- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration
- Previous experience as a Care Manager,



Clinical Manager or in a senior clinical leadership role within residential aged care.
- A strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and compliance requirements.
- A collaborative leadership approach with a genuine commitment to resident care.
- Confidence taking ownership of clinical operations and providing direction to the wider team.
