Key Responsibilities

- Prepare estimates and tender submissions
- Review plans, drawings and specifications
- Source and assess supplier pricing
- Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities
- Liaise with project teams and stakeholders
- Support procurement activities
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and industry standards

Mandatory Requirements

- Relevant qualifications or trade experience in estimating, tendering or construction
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
