An established civil contractor is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee projects across a range of civil construction works in Sydney.
You'll be responsible for managing daily site operations, leading crews and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently.

The Role
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Manage site crews, operators and subcontractors
- Coordinate labour, plant, materials and deliveries
- Monitor project progress, productivity and quality
- Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inspections




- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients
- Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme

What You'll Need
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Civil Supervisor
- Solid background in civil construction
- Proven experience leading site teams and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Sound understanding of WHS, quality and project delivery
- White Card and current driver's licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Practical, hands-on approach to site management
