ROLE DETAILS:

- Full time permanent roles!
- Case management of clients
- Develop workplace rehabilitation programs
- Initial assessments to evaluate reasonable goals
- Individual coaching and plan development
- Work within a small team to provide ongoing peer support

SELECTION CRITERIA:

- Rehabilitation Counsellor ideally with Masters of Rehab Counselling




- Previous experience in Occupational rehab highly regarded
- The ability to obtain a National Police Clearance
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Current Drivers License
