The Opportunity

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Carpenters with concrete rectification experience and Trade Assistants with solid concreting experience to join our team.
These opportunities will involve working across various construction projects.

Our projects include:

- Concrete repairs and rectification works
- Concrete patching and refurbishment
- Formwork and concrete works
- Mine site upgrades and maintenance
- Civil construction and general infrastructure works
- Non-process infrastructure projects

This is an opportunity to work across a variety of projects rather than performing repetitive tasks. If you enjoy hands on work, working with an experienced team and being involved in different aspects of civil and construction projects, we'd like to hear from you!

What We Offer

- Carpenters: $65.00 per hour
- Trade Assistants: $50.00 per hour
- 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth
- Opportunity to work across multiple mining and construction projects
- Work with an experienced and supportive team
- Opportunities for ongoing work as projects are awarded

Some flexibility with rosters may be required depending on client requirements and project scopes.

Please note: We can only consider candidates based in Perth and surrounding areas due to onboarding and logistical requirements across multiple clients and mine sites.





Skills and Experience

We are interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

Carpenters:

- Experience in concrete rectification and repair works
- Formwork and general concrete experience
- Demonstrated mining or construction experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small crew

Trade Assistants:

- Previous concreting experience
- Experience assisting with concrete repairs, patching and rectification works
- Knowledge of general civil and construction activities
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely within a mine-site environment
- Robust work ethic and a team-focused attitude

Essential Requirements

- Current Rio Tinto induction - essential
- BHP, Roy Hill or FMG inductions advantageous
- Working at Heights
- Available to commence within 4-6 weeks
- Demonstrated mining or construction experience
- Current resume outlining relevant work history

An advantage if you hold machine tickets such as;

- HR Licence
- Skid Steer ticket
- Excavator ticket
- Other relevant plant and equipment tickets
