Our client is a well-established landscaping business in Margaret River, looking for an experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a excellent opportunity for a hands-on landscaper who has strong experience across hardscape and softscape projects and is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. You'll be responsible for leading a small team on residential landscaping projects, coordinating daily site activities and ensuring each project is delivered to a high standard.

About the role

You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day landscaping works, leading a team and remaining hands-on across a variety of projects.
Your duties will include:

- Leading and supervising a small landscaping team on site
- Coordinating daily workloads and allocating tasks
- Working hands-on across hardscape and softscape projects
- Paving, bricklaying and limestone retaining work
- Decking and timber screening
- Softscape and garden installation
- General landscape construction and site preparation
- Operating landscaping machinery where required




- Ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and organised worksite
- Communicating with management regarding project progress and requirements

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is an experienced landscaper with the confidence and ability to lead a team, organise work and maintain high standards.

You'll ideally have:

- Previous experience leading or supervising a landscaping team
- Proven experience in landscaping
- Strong skills across hardscape and softscape landscaping
- Experience in paving, bricklaying, limestone, decking and timber screening
- Ability to organise workloads and coordinate daily site activities
- Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques
- A keen eye for detail and quality finishes
- Ability to work independently, part of a team and take responsibility for projects
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Strong work ethic and reliable attitude
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Current driver's license

Qualifications & Tickets

The following would be highly regarded:

- Formal landscaping qualification or completed apprenticeship
- Excavator or other relevant machinery tickets
- HR licence
- Experience operating landscaping machinery
