About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Store Manager who thrives in a sales-focused retail workplace.

Leading a team of sales professionals, you will take ownership of the store's performance, creating a positive, energetic culture where customer experience and sales results go hand in hand.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will coach and develop your team, maximise sales opportunities and ensure the showroom delivers an exceptional shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing sales team
- Driving sales, conversion and key performance indicators
- Creating a customer-first culture focused on service and results
- Coaching your team to confidently sell and build lasting customer relationships
- Managing daily store operations, stock, rostering and visual merchandising




- Identifying opportunities to grow sales and improve store performance
- Taking ownership of store budgets, targets and overall profitability

Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or successful retail leader
- Background in furniture, homewares, large-format or consultative sales retail highly regarded
- Strong commercial understanding with a passion for achieving sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate and develop successful teams
- Confident managing KPIs, budgets and overall store performance
- Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for people
- Strong operational skills and the ability to lead from the front
- A positive, energetic and results-driven leadership style
