We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is committed to maintaining high culinary and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, season, and cook a variety of Indo-Chinese and other menu dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards.
- Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Assist with menu planning and the development of new dishes and specials.




- Prepare ingredients and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for daily kitchen operations.
- Store food safely and maintain appropriate temperature controls in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workstations and food preparation areas.
- Inspect food supplies and ingredients to ensure freshness and quality.
- Assist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety requirements.

- Relevant qualification
- Minimum one year of relevant experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
