About the role:

We're looking for a proactive and organised Spare Parts Coordinator.
If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, solving problems and working with a great team, then look no further.

You'll play an important role in ensuring spare parts reach the right people at the right time, helping service teams deliver a great customer experience.

- Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:30am–5:30pm | No weekends!

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Coordinate spare parts orders and enquiries from service agents and customers
- Process and track orders using SAP and CRM systems
- Ensure parts are dispatched promptly and orders stay on track
- Assist with parts identification, pricing and availability




- Keep service teams informed of backorders and deliveries
- Process credits and resolve order-related issue

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who's organised, approachable and enjoys getting things done!

- Previous experience in spare parts, order processing or customer service
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle priorities
- Confidence using computer systems (SAP experience is a bonus!)
