This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys the balance of people leadership, customer engagement and day-to-day business management.
You'll be comfortable working alongside your team, engaging directly with customers and taking ownership of branch performance. While you'll have your own sales targets, this is a relationship-led environment where service, product knowledge and trust are key to success.

About you

You may currently be managing a branch,



store or customer-facing team within a trade, retail, wholesale or product-based business.
We're looking for someone who brings:

- Proven experience leading and developing a team
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Commercial awareness and experience managing business KPIs
- A hands-on, approachable and supportive leadership style
- Confidence engaging with customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Strong operational, organisational and problem-solving skills

Experience in building products, trade supplies, construction materials, industrial products or wholesale distribution would be highly regarded, although we're equally interested in experienced leaders from other customer-facing environments.
