What you’ll do You’ll be hands-on with customers and your team, helping keep the store running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

- Delivering friendly, personalised service and helping customers choose the right footwear.
- Coaching and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Supporting rosters,



wage budgets and daily store operations.
- Keeping stock organised and the store looking its best.
- Training team members and helping them build confidence and skills.
- Supporting local community relationships and activities.
- Maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

What you’ll bring
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Supervisor, or Senior Sales Assistant.
- A practical leadership style—you’re happy to get involved and set the example.
- Confidence working towards sales targets and helping others succeed.
- Strong communication, organisation and customer service skills.
- An understanding of stock control and visual merchandising.
