An outstanding opportunity has become available for an Associate Electrical Engineer to join a leading Building Services team in Melbourne.

This is a key appointment for an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to take the next step in their career, with the opportunity to combine technical leadership, project delivery, client engagement and team development.

You'll be joining a well-established Building Services operation with a strong reputation for delivering technically challenging and high-profile projects across Melbourne and Australia.

The Opportunity
As an Associate Electrical Engineer, you'll play a senior role within the Electrical team, working alongside highly experienced engineers and project leaders.

You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of projects, develop client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the Electrical Building Services team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading Electrical Building Services design across major projects
- Managing projects from concept through to construction
- Providing technical leadership and design direction
- Reviewing and overseeing electrical designs and documentation
- Managing client and stakeholder relationships
- Coordinating with architects, builders and other engineering disciplines
- Mentoring and developing engineers within the team
- Contributing to project proposals and business development
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing client relationships
- Supporting the continued development of the Melbourne Electrical team

Project Exposure
You'll have the prospect to work across a diverse range of significant building projects, including:

- Major commercial developments
- High-rise and premium commercial buildings
- Mixed-use developments
- Health and education




- Data Centres and critical facilities
- Retail and hospitality
- Major infrastructure projects

About You
We're looking for an Electrical Engineer with:

- 8+ years' experience within Building Services consulting
- Strong technical capability across Electrical Building Services
- Experience delivering complex commercial building projects
- Robust knowledge of Australian electrical standards and building services practices
- Proven project delivery and client management experience
- The ability to lead and mentor engineers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A desire to play a greater role in the leadership and growth of a Building Services team

An existing Associate Electrical Engineer is welcome to apply, as is a Senior Electrical Engineer who is ready to step into an Associate-level position.
