The Role:

- Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH team
- Be hands-on across the floor,



keeping service running smoothly and customers happy
- Set the standard for great service and lead by example every shift
- Support day-to-day operations and work closely with the Restaurant Manager
- Maintain robust food safety, HACCP and sanitation standards
- Contribute to an environment where the team actually enjoys coming to work

What We're Looking For

- Experience leading teams within QSR or fast-food outlet
- A confident, outgoing personality with plenty of energy
- Excellent customer service skills and a real hands-on approach
- High work ethic, self-motivated and calm under pressure
- An ambitious leader who knows how to get the best out of people and themself
