About the Role
Link Labor Hire is currently seeking a reliable, organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Storeperson to join the Returns & Credits Department of a well-established automotive parts distribution business in Erskine Park.
This role involves handling returned stock, inspecting products, processing returns and assisting with inventory control to ensure accurate and efficient warehouse operations.
We are looking for someone with previous warehouse experience, strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

- Receiving, sorting and processing returned stock in accordance with warehouse procedures.
- Inspecting returned products for damage, discrepancies and overall condition.
- Checking returned items against invoices, return authorisations and relevant documentation.
- Assisting with the processing of customer returns and credit requests.
- Accurately recording product information and updating inventory records.
- Identifying and reporting damaged, incorrect or missing items.
- Labelling, organising and relocating returned stock to designated warehouse locations.
- Liaising with warehouse supervisors and relevant departments to resolve stock discrepancies.
- Assisting with stocktakes, inventory checks and general warehouse duties.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:





- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory control, returns processing or stock management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product and stock discrepancies.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and confidence working with warehouse systems and documentation.
- Ability to follow procedures and complete tasks accurately with minimal supervision.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A reliable, punctual and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a warehouse team.
- A current LF forklift licence will be highly regarded.

Previous experience in automotive parts distribution, returns processing or inventory reconciliation would be advantageous but is not essential.
