We're recruiting an Injury Management Specialist for a household name in insurance, based in Hobart.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or experienced Injury Management professional looking to take their career in a new direction.

You'll use your clinical knowledge to guide treatment decisions, support rehabilitation and help injured workers achieve better recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

No insurance experience? No problem! Full training is provided for candidates with a suitable clinical background.

What will you be doing? Rather than treating patients directly,



you'll use your clinical knowledge to support case managers and guide effective injury management decisions.

You'll:

- Review medical reports and provide specialist injury management advice
- Guide case managers on treatment and rehabilitation recommendations
- Support early intervention and return-to-work strategies
- Work closely with medical and rehabilitation providers
- Identify barriers to recovery and help develop practical solutions
- Coach and support case managers using your clinical expertise
- Build relationships with internal teams and clients
