Job Description

- Managing the planning, procurement, delivery and close-out of capital works projects.
- Acting as the primary client interface and maintaining robust working relationships with key Woolworths stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
- Coordinating project teams to achieve programme, cost, quality and risk management objectives.
- Monitoring project budgets, schedules, risks and reporting requirements.
- Preparing and presenting project reports, governance updates and recommendations to client stakeholders.
- Managing design, approvals and procurement processes through all project stages.
- Supporting contract administration, consultant management and contractor performance.
- Identifying and mitigating delivery risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and identifying opportunities for additional project management or principal representative services.
- Supporting account growth objectives and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction
