We're looking for a commercially minded Client Delivery Lead to take ownership of delivery outcomes and strengthen strategic client relationships across our Commercial portfolio.

This is an opportunity to step beyond traditional delivery management. You'll sit at the intersection of client relationships, technology delivery and business growth — ensuring we deliver exceptional outcomes while identifying opportunities to create even greater value for our clients.

What you'll be doing

- Own delivery outcomes: Lead end-to-end delivery performance across client engagements, driving quality, governance, risk management and financial performance.

- Build trusted relationships: Partner with senior client stakeholders,



understand their business priorities and become a trusted delivery advisor.

- Turn delivery into growth: Identify opportunities within existing engagements, shape solutions and convert successful delivery into expanded business.

- Drive commercial performance: Own delivery forecasting, revenue, margins and corrective actions to ensure sustainable outcomes.

- Lead through collaboration: Work closely with Account, Practice and People Leaders to mobilise the right capabilities and build high-performing delivery teams.

- Raise the bar: Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement and strong delivery practices.
