Job Description
*** We are looking for a Breakfast Demi chef and a Pizzaiolo Demi Chef ***
About you:
- You are passionate about hospitality and food.
- A guest obsessed team player.
- Available to work wide-ranging shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Experience in pizza making, particularly hand-stretched pizza, dough preparation, and fermentation techniques.
- Experience preparing pasta, sauces, and traditional Italian dishes, with a sound understanding of Italian cuisine.
What you will be doing:
- Work with Executive Chef and Sous Chef to supervise all operational aspects of the kitchen and related venues, including conference & events.
- Ensure strict hygiene and safety procedures.
