Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Manager, Business Intelligence to lead our BI function and help drive smarter decision-making across a national organisation.

This is a unique prospect to combine leadership, commercial insight, and technical expertise to deliver high-impact reporting, analytics, and data solutions that influence executive decision-making and business performance. Based in any atWork Australia location, this 12-month contract will play a critical role in supporting strategic initiatives and advancing our data capability.

You will:

- Lead the Business Intelligence function across atWork Australia leading a team of 5 direct reports.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and enterprise reporting solutions
- Drive data quality, governance,



and a "single source of truth" approach
- Partner with Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders to support commercial outcomes
- Lead forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis activities
- Prioritise BI initiatives and manage competing business requirements
- Provide advanced analytics and insights to support strategic decision-making
- Mentor and develop BI team members while fostering a customer-focused culture
- Support ongoing innovation, process improvement and data maturity across the business
