This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in being dependable, communicates confidently with residents and enjoys helping create a welcoming environment.

About the Role

- Location: Bundoora, VIC

- Days: Saturdays

- Hours: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

- Opportunity: Potential to pick up additional weekday shifts as Sky High Facilities Management continues to grow.

- Reliable and punctual: You arrive on time, prepared and ready to commence your duties at 10:00 am.

- Great people skills: You enjoy meeting residents, building rapport and creating positive interactions.

- A confident communicator: You're comfortable speaking with residents, responding to enquiries and providing a friendly point of contact.

- Initiative and problem-solving: You don't simply wait to be told what to do. You notice things that need attention and take appropriate action.





- Professional and approachable: You represent the building and our company with a positive attitude.

- Resident-focused: You understand the importance of being helpful, respectful and attentive to residents' needs.

Previous concierge, customer service, reception or hospitality experience would be an advantage.
