North West WA | 2/1 Roster | Day Shift Only | Casual with strong potential for permanent employment

Hays is seeking a motivated Driller’s Offsider to join a surface geotechnical drilling operation in North West WA.
This is a hands-on position working alongside a geotechnical drill rig and reporting directly to the Project Lead. The role is initially casual, with a strong likelihood of transitioning to permanent employment for the right person.

- $45 per hour
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster
- Day shift only

To be considered, you must hold:

- Current C Class Driving Licence




- HR licence is a bonus
- Current First Aid and CPR
- White Card
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- Fire Fighting qualification
- Water Truck competency/ticket

You must also be willing and able to successfully complete:

- A comprehensive, intensive pre-employment medical
- Respirator face-fit testing
- Hearing protection testing
- National Police Clearance
