About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated FOH Employee to join our team on a full-time basis at our Sippy Downs location in Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality environment where you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service. As a Front-of-House team member, you will be the face of Brown Rice, creating positive first impressions and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience from the moment they arrive.

What You'll Be Doing

- Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and managing seating arrangements to optimise the dining experience

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and processing them efficiently

- Serving meals and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail

- Responding promptly to customer requests and addressing any concerns with courtesy and problem-solving skills

- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the front-of-house areas, including tables, chairs and service stations

- Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions accurately

- Collaborating with kitchen and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations





- Adhering to health and safety standards and food handling requirements

- Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues during busy service periods

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in a hospitality or food service environment, preferably in a similar role

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service

- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced setting

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

- Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop within the role

- Basic numeracy skills for processing transactions

- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift items safely
