​The Opportunity

​Killen Trucking Co is a growing business with a modern fleet and a high-performing culture. We are expanding our Operations Team and looking for a motivated Linehaul Allocator/Scheduler who wants to be part of a successful, fast-paced environment.

​The Role

​Working within our dedicated Operations Hub, you will be responsible for the daily coordination of our linehaul movements. You will be supported by an Operations team to ensure the fleet stays moving safely and efficiently.

​What You’ll Bring

- ​Desire to Succeed: You are driven, proactive, and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

- ​Highly Organised: You have a structured approach to work and can manage logistics puzzles under pressure.

- Proven Experience :



You have minimum 2 years experience in similar role.

- Exceptional Communication: You bring exceptional level of communication skills.

- ​Technical Proficiency: You are savvy with the Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using modern TMS programs and tracking systems.

- ​Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of NHVR and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) is essential.
