We are expanding our team and seeking reliable, enthusiastic Hospitality Services Team Members to fill multiple vacancies across our Housekeeping, Customer Service & Kitchen Hand departments. These roles are highly flexible and perfect for anyone looking to work stable hours around school pick-up and drop-off times!

What the Roles Involve

Your hospitality skills will be utilized across various service areas to directly contribute to our guests' comfort, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Housekeeping & Customer Service Roles:

- Apartment Turnarounds: Clean and style 1 & 2-bedroom apartments to absolute perfection, ensuring a flawless first impression for checking-in guests.

- Gardening & Courtyard Care: Assist with basic light gardening to keep outdoor spaces looking beautiful. This includes watering plants, weeding, sweeping paths, and keeping courtyards or balconies tidy.

- Laundry Services: Manage and process linens and towels efficiently,

- Property Standards: Maintain high presentation and cleanliness across all guest rooms and communal spaces.

- Customer Service: Assist with ticketing, directions to attractions,

- Attraction Exploration Guidance: Keep up to date with daily feeding schedules, tour times, and theater session times to optimize the guest experience

- Puppetry & Suit Performance: Wear realistic, full-body dinosaur costumes and operate hand-held or mechanical puppets to bring our prehistoric creatures to life during scheduled encounters,



photo sessions, and live shows.

- Ticketing & Box Office Operations: Process entry tickets, gift shop sales, and special exhibition passes accurately using our POS and digital scanning systems.

Kitchen Hand & Basic Cooking Roles:

- Basic Cooking & Prep: Support the culinary team by preparing basic meals, snacks, and ingredients following set recipes and standards.

- Kitchen & Dining Support: Keep all kitchen preparation zones, food storage, and dining areas sparkling clean and hygienic.

- Dishwashing & Sanitisation: Wash, sanitise, and properly store dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.

Hours & Roster

- Days: Approximately 3–5 days per week

- Flexibility: Must be willing to work weekends and have the flexibility to work a rotational roster.

- School Hours: Shift times are ideal for individuals looking for a position that fits around school hours.

What You Bring to the Team

Essential Criteria:

- Valid Food Safety Certificate (Required)

- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate (Required)

- High level of attention to detail and a pride in your work.

- An outgoing, friendly nature with excellent customer service and people skills.

- Strong organizational habits and a true passion for the guest experience.

- Ability to work cohesively within a team environment as well as independently without supervision.

Preferred (but not essential):

- Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning.

- Barista experience is highly regarded!

- Face-to-face customer service, theme park, tourism, retail, or hospitality role experience is highly regarded.
