I need a handy man to do a few jobs.
(1) Reattach the tile of the doorstep and also the edge of the step. The tile is still available. Note: the old adhesive and old grout must cleared firstly.
(2) Change the spoiled lighting in the house. About 6~7 in total. Photos are part of them.
(3) Repair the front door. The door hinge needs to be replaced with new one. The closer needs to be replaced with a new heavy duty one.
(4) Put the stones besides the wall properly. (indicated in the circled area in pink)
