Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing healthcare services provider seeking an ambitious and relationship-driven Client Relationship Manager to expand its presence across the Brisbane market.

This is an exciting chance for a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys getting out from behind the desk, meeting decision-makers and turning new connections into long-term business partnerships.

You'll take ownership of your territory, developing relationships with aged care and hospital providers, identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new B2B relationships with aged care facilities, hospitals and healthcare providers across Brisbane.
• Prospect, identify and convert new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
• Grow existing client accounts through regular engagement, relationship management and identifying additional service opportunities.
Manage sales pipelines, client interactions and follow-ups using a new CRM system.
• Attend client meetings, present service solutions and collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities.

What You'll Bring

• Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development or account management.
• Confidence prospecting, engaging decision-makers and converting opportunities into new business.
• Strong communication,



negotiation and relationship-building skills with a consultative sales approach.
• Excellent organisation and self-discipline to independently manage a sales territory and client pipeline.
• A results-driven mindset with genuine motivation to achieve targets, increase earnings and deliver value to clients.

Bonus points! Experience in healthcare, recruitment, labour hire, staffing or B2B services will be highly regarded, but isn't essential if you bring strong transferable sales experience.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to $80,000 + super + commission, depending on experience.
