Due to a recent expansion in our property portfolio, we’re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join our friendly team at Abode Property Management.

About us

What you’ll do
You’ll work closely with our General Manager, Leasing Agent, Inspection Agent and Finance team to keep our properties running smoothly. Day to day, you’ll:

- Show properties to future tenants and help screen applications

- Complete ingoing and routine inspection reports

- Arrange maintenance and repairs, and keep owners and tenants in the loop

- Keep an eye on rent and send arrears or breach notices when needed

- Manage leases, renewals and rental appraisals

- Keep our records, software and key system up to date

- Build great relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors





What you’ll need

- A current NT driver’s licence

- A Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), or the drive to get one. New to real estate? We’ll support you all the way.

- A clear pay path: whether you’re current to the industry or already qualified, we’ll start you at the right level. Your pay rises when you get your Interim licence and again once you’re a fully licensed Property Manager, plus super

- Office hours 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional shared viewings after 5pm or on alternate Saturday mornings
