Cheeky Monkey Brewing Co has built a workplace around quality, humour, and being genuinely good at what we do. We’re an award-winning WA brewery, and we’re opening our newest venue in the heart of Perth CBD at Brookfield Place in late December 2026. We’re building our opening Front-of-House team, and we want people who love great beer, great food and excellent service.

This is a brand new venue with 24 taps of our beer, wines from our Margaret River neighbours and elevated pub food, serving lunch and dinner. You’ll be part of the team that makes it the social heart of the precinct from day one. We trade Monday to Saturday, so your Sundays are your own.

Roles available:

- 2 x Part-Time FOH Supervisor

- 1 x Casual FOH Supervisor (Adult Level 4)

- 1 x Casual FOH Supervisor (Adult Level 3)

- 1 x Full-Time Bar/Waitstaff

- 3 x Part-Time Bar/Waitstaff

- 4 x Casual Bar/Waitstaff (Level 2)

About you:

- Supervisors: experience in a supervisor or senior role in a busy bar, pub or restaurant, with the confidence to lead shifts and keep the team motivated

- Bar and waitstaff: experience is great, but a warm personality and a willingness to learn matter more

- A current RSA (essential), and an Approved Manager certificate is a bonus for supervisors

- Genuinely good with guests,



with energy that holds up on a busy Friday night

- Craft beer knowledge is a bonus, and enthusiasm for it is a must

- Available for lunch and dinner shifts, including some evenings and Saturdays

- Full Australian work rights

What the role involves:

- Delivering a high standard of service, from the first pint to the last

- Pouring and serving our beers and wines, and helping guests find something they’ll love

- Working closely with the kitchen team for smooth lunch and dinner service

- Supervisors: leading shifts, supporting the Venue Manager and coaching the team

- Keeping the venue clean, safe and compliant with responsible service of alcohol requirements
