Signature Hospitality Group in Melbourne is seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of current venues, refurbishments and capital works across our brands. You will manage from leasing through design, tender and construction to opening night, ensuring cost and quality are met.

Based at our Southbank Support Office with hybrid work, you’ll coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage planning approvals, and drive governance, safety and on‑time project delivery across multiple concurrent projects.
