My Guardian is seeking an Allied Health Manager (Occupational Therapist) to lead our allied health services from the Sydney Olympic Park Head Office. The role focuses on strategic planning, governance, and supervision of a multidisciplinary team within aged care and disability services.

You will oversee workforce capacity, clinical quality, and commercial sustainability while building solid relationships with clients, families, referral partners and internal teams.
