About the Role

The Grand Saddles Lodge is seeking an experienced and passionate Bar Supervisor / Mixologist to lead bar service, craft exceptional cocktails and deliver outstanding guest experiences across our elegant piano bar and dining venues.

This is an exciting prospect for a hospitality professional who combines creative mixology with strong leadership, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for premium Australian hospitality.

You will play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences, from welcoming guests with a signature arrival cocktail to recommending beverages, developing classic and contemporary drinks, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of The Grand Saddles Lodge.

Working closely with the Venue Manager, Head Sommelier, Executive Chef and front-of-house team, you will help deliver seamless service, maintain exceptional bar standards and contribute to the ongoing development of our beverage offering.
