Located in the heart of Moonee Ponds, Saros offers a relaxed yet vibrant dining and bar experience, featuring a European-inspired sharing menu, great drinks and a welcoming atmosphere.

About the Role

You'll be responsible for:

- Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.

- Delivering friendly, professional and engaging customer service.

- Maintaining bar presentation, cleanliness and organisation.

- Assisting with opening and closing duties, including cash handling.

- Working closely with the restaurant and hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

- Ensuring responsible service of alcohol and compliance with RSA requirements.

What We're Looking For





- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred.

- A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.

- Confidence preparing cocktails and serving a range of beverages.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to work as part of a team.

- Availability for afternoon, evening and weekend shifts.
