We are seeking an experienced Project & Precast Transport Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of transport and have experience in logistics.

As Transport and Logistics Co-Ordinator it will be your main responsibility to manage all aspects of transport for each project in line with the clients requirements and the businesses capabilities.

The position is available for an immediate start.

Responsibilities include:

- Liaise with production daily to ensure precast panels are manufactured and stored according to delivery sequence

- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their projects requirements

- Coordinate deliveries, including managing necessary personnel, to maximize efficiency and profitability

- Ensure all goods to be delivered are quality checked and rectified prior to delivery

- Daily monitoring and data entry of logistic company day works sheets





- Reviewing invoices from logistic companies

- Daily update and maintenance of transport scheduler

- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety

- Maintain inwards goods register as per company quality management system

- Handle customer complaints

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met to a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role,

- Transport and logistics experience necessary,

- Relevant tertiary education highly desirable,

- Previous experience in the precast industry highly desirable,

- Strong oral and written communication skills,

- Ability to operate with minimal supervision,

- Positive problem solving, investigative and conflict resolution skills,

- Strong time management skills while showcasing attention to detail,

- Experience using One Drive, Microsoft Office - Excel, Outlook, Word, Bluebeam applications,

- Ability and willingness to learn and adapt whilst on the job,

- Proven ability to build cohesive relationships with internal and
external stake holders.

This is a full time permanent position in a friendly environment.

Factory is located in Naval Base.
