Application Support Analyst - 12-month rolling contract
* Sydney-based SRE Team
* $550 per day
* Hybrid role, WFH 3 days per week

TheDriveGroup are partnering with a well-known business that is looking to add an application support analyst to investigate application issues and diagnose root causes whilst minimising service disruption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement regular system upgrades
- Determine the root cause of issues & address the issues
- Respond to issues and create tickets and escalate to next level support / high priority incidents team if required
- Configuring and managing alerts across all business systems
- Provide technical Support via ITSM tooling

Key Skills Required:

- Experience in application development or software development is positive to have
- Strong research and analytical skills for investigating and exploring application integration issues and products
- Experience with APIs, AWS, GitHub, SRE, DevOps, logging, monitoring and auditing technologies such as Splunk, Datadog, AppDynamics,



Splunk Observability
- SQL queries (MySQL, SQL)
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience in CI/CD - comfortable with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins
- Exposure to languages such as Java, Golang, JavaScript, React, etc. is a bonus.
