Play Academy Early Education is a Locally Owned & Operated Long Daycare Service with a hands-on owner on-site daily to support the team.

We’re building something different: a place where educators and staff are respected, kids get the best of us, and we cut the crap that’s burning valuable people out of our industry.

Who we’re looking for:

- Incredible, qualified Educators who actually want to make a difference to the Early Childhood industry. We are not a face value service - we actually work hard to be a point of difference for our families and their children every day!

What we need from you:

- A genuine passion for what you do - educate and care for children at a consistently high standard.

- Reliability and Availability between 6.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (4 day week or 9 day fortnight negotiable for the right person)

What we offer (that actually matters):

- A supportive workplace that values high standards and quality childcare done right.

- An incredible team, dedicated to supporting each other through the day, everyday.

- The chance to grow with us as our service expands.

The must-haves:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.

- Current WWCC, First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis.

- No shortcuts on quality, compliance, or documentation. If you’re just looking to show up and get paid, we’re not for you.

- Reliability - our families count on us to show up and provide an incredible service everyday.

If you're reliable, professional, and genuinely care about doing things properly, we'd love to hear from you.
