Tradewind Australia is partnering with a large residential aged care home in the Geelong surrounds to recruit an experienced Clinical Services Manager to lead its clinical and care teams.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an established large residence, with plans to expand to further. Working closely with the General Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership, drive quality improvement and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.

We are seeking an experienced clinical leader with a minimum of 4 years' clinical leadership experience, strong people management skills and a passion for developing teams and improving resident outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide clinical and operational leadership across nursing and care teams.
- Partner with the General Manager on the overall management of the home.
- Oversee clinical governance, quality improvement and accreditation outcomes.
- Coach, mentor and develop clinical leaders and nursing staff.
- Drive resident care outcomes,



clinical performance and continuous improvement.

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a clinical leadership role within aged care or a similar healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and clinical governance.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop high-performing clinical teams.
- Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills, with a genuine commitment to person-centred care.
