This is a newly created executive role with a national remit. Reporting to our CEO and Founder, Sam Miklos, you’ll lead five General Managers across our five national sales divisions: Day2Day, Contract Nursing, Exec Search/Perm, Doctors and Allied Health. Together they lead a sales team of almost 80.

You'll set the commercial direction and bring it to life through your leaders, so healthcare communities get the services they need, and the people behind that work build careers they're proud of.

What You’ll Do:

- Strategy & growth: Drive growth plans, revenue, profitability and market share.
- Financial performance: Own the Sales P&L;, from budgeting and forecasting to margins and pricing.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor and develop our General Managers,



ensuring accountability and grow future leaders
- Clients, tenders & contracts: Grow enterprise relationships, lead tender submissions and oversee contract delivery.
- Connect Sales, Operations & Tech: Use data to remove bottlenecks, improve efficiency and create a seamless customer journey that drives revenue growth.
- Governance & future growth: Manage commercial risk and compliance, and lead change as we scale.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years' senior recruitment sales leadership, including 5+ at general manager or executive level.
- A proven record leading multiple divisions, business units or P&Ls.;
- Recruitment experience across permanent, temporary, contract and high-volume workforce solutions, including national workforce mobilisation and compliance.
- Success growing revenue, profitability and market share.
- Tender, contract and enterprise client experience, ideally with government, LHDs or large enterprise clients with national remit.
- A collaborative, people-centred leadership style with the resilience and drive to deliver.
