Yatta Homes is a Perth-based residential new home brokerage helping clients build their first, next or investment home.

We work across land, finance, builder selection, home design and the full building process, giving our sales consultants access to a much broader range of opportunities than a traditional single-builder sales role.

We are growing and looking to add experienced sales professionals to our Subiaco team.

You do not need previous new home sales experience, but you must have a proven background in sales and be confident dealing with clients, managing follow-up and working in a performance-based environment.

What You’ll Have to Sell

You will have access to:

- Affordable double-storey homes with build times of approximately 9 to 12 months, among the quickest in the industry

- The ability to sell into regional markets, giving you access to opportunities outside the heavily competed Perth metro market

- Specialist solutions for infill sites and more complicated building projects

- Opportunities across multi-unit and development sites

- Multiple builder and product options,



allowing you to match clients with the right solution rather than trying to make one product fit every customer

For a sales consultant, this means you are not relying on one product, one price point or one market.

You can work across first home buyers, double-storey homes, regional builds, infill projects and multi-unit developments, giving you more opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based sales role from our Subiaco office.

It is not a work-from-home position.

You will be responsible for:

- Meeting clients who are looking to build a new home

- Understanding their budget, land requirements and goals

- Explaining the building process clearly

- Helping clients understand their available options

- Matching clients with suitable builders and home designs

- Managing enquiries and appointments

- Following up leads consistently

- Managing your sales pipeline from first enquiry through to contract

Remuneration

This is a commission-only role. There is no base salary and no retainer.

Your income is based on the homes you sell.

New home sales can involve a longer sales and payment cycle, so applicants should be financially prepared for a period before their first commissions are received.

We are deliberately clear about this before you apply so there is no misunderstanding about how the role is paid.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for people who:

- Have previous sales experience

- Are comfortable working on a commission-only basis

- Are professional and confident with clients

- Have strong communication skills

- Are consistent with follow-up

- Are willing to learn the recent home industry and take direction

- Are organised and self-motivated

- Are comfortable working from our Subiaco office

- Are reliable and professional in their presentation

- Hold a current WA driver’s licence and have reliable transport

Experience in new home sales, real estate, automotive, finance or other high-value customer-facing sales environments would be highly regarded.
