Sous Chef / Senior CDP

Imperial Hotel Eumundi requires a Sous Chef or Senior CDP for our state-of-the-art kitchen.

This position requires the flexibility to work throughout all sections of the kitchen operation.

This position has prospects for career development and the opportunity to learn and grow within a large team of experienced chefs and throughout the Comiskey Groups businesses.

Candidates will have...

- Relevant experience

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant senior chef experience

- Understanding of ordering, food cost, rostering, wage cost

- Excellent communication skills

- Enthusiasm, creativity and a flair for cuisine

- Experience in Modern Australian cuisine and cooking styles

- Commitment to excellent customer service

- Solid work ethic

- Strong attention to detail

- Adherence to all Health and Safety Regulations

- An ability to work in a team

- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery

- Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery must be held before starting employment

- Availability to work weekends

- Valid Australian work visa or work rights
