About the role

We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team on a contract basis. This position is located in Brisbane, QLD 4000 and offers the opportunity to work on diverse plumbing and drainage projects across residential and commercial properties. As a Plumber, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role provides flexibility and the chance to work with a professional team on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects.

Key responsibilities

- Install, stacks and rough in's for commercial residential towers.

- Read drawings, plans, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation

- Use specialised tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete plumbing work

- Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and team members on job sites

- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to job sites as required

What we're looking for

- Current and valid plumbing license or equivalent qualification recognised in Queensland





- Proven experience as a qualified Plumber with a strong track record of professional work

- Competency in installing fixtures

- Knowledge of plumbing codes, building regulations, and safety standards relevant to Queensland

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding work in various environments

- Reliability and punctuality with a commitment to completing work to high standards

- Valid driver's license and reliable transport to reach job sites

- First Aid certification is preferred
