Consultive are currently working with a number of well-established civil contractors delivering major infrastructure and Defence projects throughout the Riverina and North East Victorian regions. With substantial pipelines of secured work and additional packages continuing to be awarded, we are looking to speak with Project Managers, Project Engineers and Junior Engineers interested in joining growing teams across Wagga Wagga, Albury-Wodonga and surrounding regional areas.

Unlike many Tier 1 environments where individuals can become focused on a single scope of work for extended periods, these opportunities offer broad project exposure and genuine ownership. You'll have the chance to work closely with project leadership, be involved in multiple aspects of project delivery and make meaningful contributions to project outcomes. The work spans roads, earthworks, drainage, utilities, Defence infrastructure and associated civil construction packages, providing excellent variety and professional development.

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have experience in:

- Civil construction and infrastructure projects

- Roads, earthworks, drainage and utilities

- Defence, transport, water, energy or major infrastructure works

- Contractor-side project delivery environments

- Managing stakeholders, subcontractors and project outcomes

Requirements:

- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is essential

- Civil Engineering qualification (or equivalent relevant experience for senior personnel)

- Willingness to be based in, relocate to, or regularly work throughout regional NSW and Victoria
